We started out in the mid 90′s doing web design and over the years our skills evolved to specialize exclusively in user experience design. We came to realize that as technology has become more prevalent, usability and good form have suffered greatly. We believe the future of technology is dependent upon a good user experience. Making cognitive decisions around people is what will be successful—and we’re beginning to see a lot of that now.
It’s all in the data collection. We’ve found over the years that making a compelling argument is very difficult when it’s based on one’s opinion. When you have a design that is based on qualitative and quantitative data, it’s much easier to get buy-in from team members and stakeholders. We equip your team with the tools they need to make good design decisions that make your products better.
