Our organization wanted to conduct a usability study on persons with disabilities for three of our major websites. With no in-house experience conducting usability studies, we contracted SolarSwift Inc. to conduct the study for us.
SolarSwift tailored a plan that both met our needs and our budget. A.J. McClary of SolarSwift partnered with Jason Kolaitis of 412 Studios to conduct several one-on-one cognitive walk throughs with volunteer end users. SolarSwift and 412 Studios were knowledgeable and experienced.
In addition to conducting the actual study and providing us with a comprehensive presentation and report about the study findings, they also provided actionable feedback and code changes that we could implement into our websites.
