“Quality web design can be the difference between making a sale and turning a customer away—that’s why it’s so important to get it right the first time.”
Nothing says, “I’m an amateur”, like having a website straight out of the 90’s. To compete in an online marketplace, your design should be based off of market research, user response, and click-through rates.
Building a usable website that’s designed to convert leads is our goal. We do this by attracting the right kind of traffic and keeping their attention with gorgeous graphics and stunning layouts. While there are many other reasons your customers will love visiting your website, we want them to have the best experience possible.
Our design philosophy is made up of a series of usability best practices tailored to meet conversion goals quickly. Heuristic evaluations and Human Factors Engineering are used to provide the best user experience possible and we use action tracking to make lucrative advertising decisions based off statistics and analytics. We regularly analyze traffic and make design optimizations to increase page visitors and conversions.
Web site design and visual design are very similar, but in the user experience field, we prefer to use the term “visual design” when referring to translating schematics and wireframes into a visual presentation.
Hiring a web design company (or doing it yourself with web design software) is different than hiring a user experience company to redesign your website. We are evaluating design patterns, usability, information architecture, content strategy, and human factors—that is the difference.
We also follow a series of recommendations set by the U.S. Government’s Section 508 of the American Disabilities Act and the W3C’s WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) to make websites more accessible for those who are handicapped. This is a must for those doing business with people who may have visual or audible disabilities—opening new doors to accessibility and usability.
